Double walled tumbler used to make snowglobes. These can glasses have a hole in the bottom for solution to be added. 
 
CAUTION 
Suitable for sublimation but this MUST be done BEFORE anything is added inside.
Do not heat in any way once sealed 
Do not leave in hot cars Cold or warm drinks only 
Do not add liquid higher than 140F .
